大大你好 ~

I am always asking but do not review it. My English do not improve for the simple reason.
我經常發問但不温習,這就是我英文不進步的原因。

其實全句句子並沒有太大問題的,更改一點便可以的了。

I am always asking but do not review it. This is the reason why I cannot improve my English.

因為我們很少會這樣說的「My English do not improve for the simple reason.
」,而且讀下去也會怪怪的。

錯,同一時間,同一種類嘅動詞,所以要改.
My English is not improved for a simple reason: I always ask but do not review it.
英文係被動咁進步,所以要被動,而且要將兩句擺埋一齊,
上面應該係for this simple reason,或者前後掉轉咁改.

I am always asking but do not review it. My English do not improve for the simple reason.
我經常發問但不温習,這就是我英文不進步的原因,

First Sentence: the two parts joined by the conjunction "but" should have the same tense; and the two verbs should either be both transitive, or intransitive for a better balance.
Suggested revision 1: I always ask but do not review.
Suggested revision 2: I always ask questions but do not review the answers.
Suggested revision 3: I am always asking but not reviewing.
Suggested revision 4: I am always asking questions but not reviewing the answers.

Second Sentence: "My English" is third party singular, so it should be followed by "does not". The word "the" does not refer to anything. It should be "this" to connect to the previous sentence as the reason for not improving.
Suggested revision: My English does not improve for this simple reason.
參考: myself
