我試試用中文打...用英文D字係我唔記得中文解釋/方便我...
其實好簡單.
首先水分固態,液態,氣態.
而water molecule係固態中density最高...
即van der waal's force大[一種將分子結合的力]
你要energy去分解佢呢種力先可以變蒸氣走[boiling water]
咁係氣態中van der waal's force細先可以變成蒸氣走LA
[density of water molecule decrease ]
咁而家個氣壓大左....咁van der waal's force of water molecule咪大左....
[試唸下有野壓實一舊野 要分開佢係咪硬難先..]咁要打散water molecule咪更難..
咁個FORCE愈大....煮佢就要更多能量....咁boiling point咪increase囉

Increase in pressure would elevate the boiling point. That is to say, the higher the pressure, the higher is the boiling point.

The reason is apparent, during boiling, the liquid (e.g. water) has to "push back" the surrounding air in order to have space for its vapour (steam in the case of water) to occupy. If a higher surrounding pressure is experienced, the vapour needs to "push harder" for space, i.e. a higher kinetic energy of liquid molecules is required. Since kinetic energy of molecules depends on temperature, a higher kinetic energy of molecules is resulted from higher temperature, i.e. a higher boiling point.
