I saw peter going out from a shop.

I saw peter going out a shop.

I saw peter leaving a shop.

The correct translation should be:
I saw Peter leaving a shop.

All are wrong because 'peter' should be 'Peter' because name of a person should be in capital letters.

'leaving a shop' is better than 'going out from a shop' because it is understood that Peter is going out from a shop.
