你的意思是將圖片做背景, 上面有文字, 方法如下 :
在 EXCEL 的工具列選 "格式" ---> "工作表" ---> "背景" --->
選取圖片後按確定
但這樣圖片會調整為很多張用以填滿整張工作表的背景, 而且文字不突出.

如果用 WORD 做效果會好很多, 背景選用浮水印, 顏色會較淡, 所以文字亦會較突出. 做法和上面所講 EXCEL 一樣, 但背景只會有一張圖片.
工具列選 "格式" ---> "工作表" ---> "背景" ---> "列印浮水印"

如果你只可以在 EXCEL 做, 或者你可以 download 免費軟件, 先將圖片轉為浮水印 (watermark), 再插入到文件內.
