英文作文.謝謝...十分感謝

Dear Sir,


I am writing to complain about the book “Funny Tales” which was purchased at your branch in MongKok on Dec 06 2009. After I carried the book home and unwrapped it, I found there are missing pages between page 3 to page 10. Moreover, printing errors are found in almost half of the book. I was going to send this book to my best friend as his birthday present on Dec 08 2009, which is tomorrow! Obviously this is too late to ask for a replacement and now I have to rush for another choice as a present! Therefore, I request to return you this faulty book and a full refund accordingly.

Dear manager :

I had bought a book at your shop, as a presant for my friend.

But we look over it afterward, finding there were few piece of sheets had lost
and some were wrong by printing.

I hope that book would be fully refunded after giving back to you.

I write to complain, since bought a book in your bookshop and for my friend's present, on 1st, Dec. When I checked, I found a few missing pages and tying mistakes soon after I bought it.
Now, I would ask for a total refund and a new book in return, enclosed with the receipt.
