I have a really bad pain in the right hand side of my throat and jaw. I first noticed it coming on slowly after coming back from a party two nights ago, the pain is very sharp now and constant, I think I have a swollen gland but my gum is also swollen and very sensitive. Also for the past 6 months or so I have been experiencing cold-like symptoms off and on but it hasn't manifested into a proper cold or flu thus far.. just occasional sore throat and coughing. I'm worried now about this issue, I'd like to go to a doctor but I can't afford to at the moment unless it's really urgent. If anyone has experienced similar pains please let me know what you think it might be. Thank you
well. It could be a swollen lymphatic node. I don't wanna sound harsh by saying this, but it can also be cancerous. Like I said, may... you should go to a walk in clinic, some places have free visits. Also, make sure you don't smoke or chew tobacco.
