Use the following formula for combination of SPLL(total) = 10.log[10^(L1/10) + 10^(L2/10) + 10^(L3/10) + .....] dB
wherethe Ls are the dB level of individual sources
(a) L(total) = 10.log[10^(60/10) + 10^(66/10)] dB = 67 dB
(b) L(total) = 10.log[10^(100/10) + 10^(100/10)] dB = 103 dB
