”YOU GOT ME PRETTY GOOD” ??

When I learned English in Hong Kong, I've never heard people talked like that. This expression cannot even be found in the dictionary.

When I live in US over the past ten years, I heard a lot. This is something day-to-day spoken English. Even the kids will use that. You can mean a lot of things depending on when it is used.

When did you hear that? Who talked to you?

I bet it has to be a man talking to you.

You got me. Most of the time means you knew what I'm thinking. You could read my mind pretty good.

For most of the part, be careful when someone talk to you like this. Unless you are dating very closely. Otherwise, you did not get him and He had got you.

what does it mean by (you got me) also?

It depends on when you use it. It means you have me.
One example: someone ask you a question that you don't know how to answer. You can say "You got me". That means you don't know.

YOU GOT ME PRETTY GOOD .........what is that mean?

In this sentence YOU GOT ME can mean (You caught me).
PRETTY GOOD - at the right/perfect moment or at the right/perfect spot.
