✔ 最佳答案
1.I can go home either by bus or by tram.
2.I can either go home by bus or by tram

Both are correct.

The first sentence is more concise and clear. The common part of the sentence is [I can go home], and the choices are [by bus] or [by train].

The second sentence is correct but is a bit more complicated. The common part is [I can}, and the sentence before omitting the [repeating] part is: [I can either go home by bus, or go home by train] . Since [go home] is just repeating, so it is omitted, and as such the entence in effect has [I can go home] as the common part, making it more similar to the first sentence.

correction: Near the end, [sentence] was mis-spelled as [entence].

correction: near the end, [entence] should have been [sentence].
