點解的洗潔精不去油

簡單油surface tension is about20-25dyne/cm , 而水是73 , 所以水不能去油 . 當good quality detergent is added to water can reduce ST to 20-25 which can wet , penetrate , lift up oil from the substrate & form a milky emulsion . If the oil mix up to form emulsion , it can be removed with the water . If your detergent does not work well , it is low quality cleaner

Because of cold temperature , there are some variations in the ingradients . Some chemicals will not so soluble in low temperature so either decrease the amount of that part or add something to increase its solubility .
