Dear Sirs
I regret to inform you that I would like to resign my post of sales supervisor .
,I hereby give one month notice of my intention to leave 3-tech ltd. My resignation is effective from 3th Dec 2009 will be my last day of employment and I have allowed a month prior to my departure.
Thank you for giving me a chance to learn and to gain the valuable experience in 3-tech ltd.
Thank you for your kind attention and would appreciate if you could let me have a reference letter before I leave.
