Why Charlie in "Two and a Half Men" doesnt want to meet the same woman twice?

Because he's womanizer/player. He has sex with woman and then never has anything to do with them again. He's a sex addict in the show. Meeting her again means he will have to put up with drama of "why didn't you call me", "why did you use me like that" ect.

cause he bangs them and then runs he afraid that a woman besides rose will get attached he dosnt up untill chelse never wanted a relationship
