Well, I would say that is because it is general pretty easy to satisfy a man. Bringing a woman to orgasm can require more effort. Because of this inconsistency, women are often not being pleased as much as the men.

Because most guys are pretty much guaranteed an orgasm just through the act of having sex, regardless of how the girl performs. For girls, orgasm is much harder to achieve. Often sex in itself doesn't even feel good, so the guy has to know how to make it enjoyable through foreplay and stuff.
Of course, I'm sure that some girls can be better in bed than others, but if the guy comes, he has already enjoyed it much more than she probably has!
