I purchased something online, and processed the money through paypal.
Afterwards, the seller said she has posted the item to me,
It usually arrives it a week or so, as it is all the way from Hong Kong.
But this time it hasn't arrived in that time, so I waited for about a month, and still hasn't got it.
I questioned the seller about it, and she said she's sure she posted it.
I put this to a paypal claim, and she refused to refund and was being sarcastic about it,
and said I was lying about it. After a week, she proceeded it to a dispute,
now what is my chance of winning? She said she has proves that she has shipped the item..
How to win this paypal dispute(i'm a buyer)?

Make sure you escalate the dispute to a claim otherwise the seller will win the case.She must provide paypal with adequate proof that she has shipped the item.

Hong Kong worries me right away, I'm sorry to say. Make your case known to - is it eBay - and state you haven't received the item. When the seller really starts to protest I always worry... "she said she's sure she posted it" yet "she has proof she posted it" sounds contradictory right there. You have a very good case and I do know that Paypal will refund these... but keep fighting....

PayPal should side with you because you stated as-is, however if the item he recieved was not as-is they could lean towards him although since he accepted your $10 as a gesture he would have to return it before he can accuratly fight this. So tell him if your going to dispute me then return my $10. It looks as if this wont be a big deal. Ebay is truly like a world of its own and you will come across people like this a lot.

Fourleaf is correct, escalate to a claim. The seller must prove to paypal that the item was delivered to you, and if they can't do that with tracking etc. then you are refunded. Don't let the seller intimidate you, and report that to ebay as well.

Well if she can prove she posted it, then obviously you won't win.
