However, the owner of lower floor complaints to the Porperty Mangement Company that I breach (大廈公契) the Deed of Mutual Covenant - Clause 16, Section IV in page 7 of Sub-Deed of Mutual Covenant Riveria Gardens.
"No external signs, signboards, notices, advertisements, flags, banners, poles, cages, shades, or other projections or structures whatsover extending outside the exterior of the Block or any part of the Estage shall be erected, installed or otherwise affixed to or projected from the Block or the Estage. "
The Porperty Management said that she will take legal action if I do not erect it and I need to bear the legal cost incurred. If I disregard it, what consequence arises later on.
Could it be possible to apply the installation from any government depart? Which government dept should I approach?
Regards/Michelle
