蛋炒飯
材料:瘦肉(150克)、白飯(2碗)、雞蛋(2隻)、蒜末(半湯匙)
醃料:酒(1/3湯匙)、生抽(1/2湯匙)、生粉(1/2湯匙)
1. 瘦肉洗淨,切成細絲,加入醃料拌勻,醃30分鐘;
2. 雞蛋打入碗內,攪打均勻待用。
3. 燒熱2湯匙油,炒香蒜末, 倒入瘦肉絲炒至熟,盛起待用。
4. 加2湯匙油燒熱,先倒入蛋液,再放入白飯炒勻。
5. 倒入肉絲炒勻,加入1/3湯匙生抽、1/2茶鹽炒勻,即可裝碗。

FRIED RICE WITH EGGS

Ingredients:
Pork meat 150g
Cooked rice 2 bowls
Eggs 2 pieces
Minced garlic 1/2 tablespoon

Seasoning:
Wine 1/3 tablespoon
Light soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Cornstarch 1/2 tablespoon

Method:
1. First, wash pork meat. Cut into shreds. Add seasoning and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Next, put eggs into a bowl and beat.
3. Then, heat 2 tablespoon oil, fry minced garlic. Add in pork meat and fry until done. Take out.
4. After that, add 2 tablespoon oil. Add in eggs, put in cooked rice and stir fry.
5. Finally, put in pork meat. Add 1/3 tablespoon light soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt, mix well. Put into bowls and serve.
