i have joined in the modern education, and i have falled in love, i want to talk to the girl, how can i do???

Find out the background about the girl .Try to get near her but do not scare her.
Be brave and say Hi to the girl .
Then find something to chat together .
Like : You are new here ? Need any help ? You like reading ?
The most important thing : Be brave !!
