投入有解"開始"的意思, 但字裡的含意本身係有正面的意思.

投 = 拋擲 , 力度跟單純「開始」是並不相同.

否則, 用"著手工作", 或者"開始工作"己經 0K.

另外, 我想反問一句: 大家可以找到一個「含負面意思/用法」的例子嗎?

投入一般用於: eg. 一些服務機構投入服務、 新的系統投入使用、新產品投入生產、 …等等. (全是正面)

例子1

He plunged into voluntary work soon after graduation. 毕业后他投入到了志愿者的工作。

例子2

kickstart 的情度或者感覺, 跟start並不一様

kick-start [transitive]
1. to do something to help a process or activity start or develop more quickly:
He urged further interest rate cuts in a bid to kick-start the economy.

kick-start the economy: 我見到電視的新聞報導就譯成「振興經濟」(有正面的意思)

所以無論 投入係用作 adj/ verb/ noun, 三種情況都有正面的意思

他對工作很投入. (adj)

他很快便投入工作. (verb)

他對工作欠缺一份投入感. (noun)

有網友提出「投入」為中性詞,也有網友認為帶正面意思,兩個說法皆可。但本人認為帶正面意思者較合適,因為句子原意是想讚揚該獲聘者。

他獲聘後很快便投入工作

He commenced work soon after he was given the job offer.

大家好似稔多左﹐ 投入工作 simply means "開始返工". It does not necessarily mean "devoted to his work", "function proficiently", "managed to work smoothly", nor "threw himself into his work".
