Lot more then that. Villalona just got released from jail on bond, so he won't be playing anytime soon, if forever. Jesus Guzman isn't a good player at all. He's 25 going on 26 and will be a career minor leaguer. Try a Buster Posey, or a Zack Wheeler.

Supposedly Detroit is in sell mode, but I don't see them trading Cabrera unless they get an outrageous return.

It is too one-sided, even though I am a Giants fan and would love a trade for Cabrera. Matt Cain for Cabrera would be more like it. The Tigers would likely want major league players which does not include Villalona, Guzman, and a prospect, at least not yet. Although if it included Posey, or Bumgardner that would be a different story.

That Will Never Happen.

Bumgarner would have to be in the deal or Posey. Angel Villalona has little value, he just killed a man and is looking at 20 years in jail. He's extremely overrated to begin with anyways. Bum/Posey, Neal, Sanchez and two low level high ceiling prospects, like Rodriguez and Sosa.

there is no way that the Giants would ever trade Buster Posey away. They are already pretty set and dont have a prospect that they arent thinking about keeping.
