as you said普通過去式,即係講故事用嘅,形容過去發生嘅事,得1次都可以用.
as you say普通現在式,形容"你"成日講,或者唔係故事度講,即係幾時都係現實嘅.意思一樣,時態唔同,後面照跟就得
例:As you say, we should hand in homework on time.
你話齋,我地要準時交功課.("你"可能成日講,或者呢句嘢現實裡面講,唔係故事,即係經常都係啱嘅)
As you said, he did not go to school that day.
你話,佢嗰日冇番大學(過去發生過1次)

as you said：過去你曾經如此說過
as you say：grammar上是：你說的，但是我未見過有人這樣說，因為present tense有一種永恆不變的含意，但沒有人會對另一個人說你所說的永恆的話是...。所以對話上只會用
as you are saying 或 as you were saying
剛才你說的... 或 之前你說的...
