維修保養完畢後~宿舍公共區域及各寢室內之消防安全設備若有短缺或人為損壞.宿舍將追就損壞賠償責任

Upon completion of maintenance, we
will hold you responsible with compensation for any shortage or man-made damage
of fire safety equipment in the public areas of the dormitory or each bedroom.

In conjunction with the annual fire safety inspection, starting today, the service personnel for the fire fighting equipments will be entering the buildings to go through all necessary maintenance and repairs. All residents are expected to cooperate fully. Please excuse us of any inconvenience during these times.

After the maintenance and repair works are done, in case of any loss or damage to the fire safety equipments in the common areas and individual quarters, the housing office will seek to recover the replacement or repair costs.

Notes for Annual Fire-Fighting Safety Inspection
From now on, the maintenance technician will inspect and maintain all the fire-fighting equipment in this dormitory. The inspection will keep for 7 days. Please cooperate as necessary and excuse the inconvenience caused during the inspection.

After finishing maintaining, people who steal or damage any fire control safety devices in this dormitory on purpose will response for any loss.

All accommodation personnel must meet if it has any inconvenience cause,

After maintenance and repair ~Quarters public areas and the sleeping rooms of
the fire safety equipment if there is shortage or man-made damaged, quarters
recovery will be on Liability for Damage
