”獨佔”同”寡頭競爭”的分別???

Monopoly is that one product or service is being granted sole distributorship to manage, owing to probably limited resources such as public utility etc.

There is no monopolistic competition because a monopoly is the sole supplier of the product or service in the economy. There is only oligopolistic competition (寡頭競爭) which means there is a price leader in the economy with other much smaller in size competitors. Because of the influence of the price leader, smaller competitors are compelled to follow suit.
