From the class of 42 - 47, you can see that the class boundaries are (41 + 42)/2 = 41.5 and (47 + 48)/2 = 47.5, so you can do the same for the other classes.
Also, class mark = (41.5 + 47.5)/2 = 89/2 = 44.5, so do the same for the other classes.
Average = Sum of (class mark x frequency) / total frequency ( = 30). In fact, you can make use of your calculator to do the job, same for finding the standard deviation, your calculator can do for you easily.
Let average pay of company A be n, so after mixing with company B, the average pay will be = (30n + 28.5 x 27)/(30 + 27).
