The main character was a Psychologist with expertise in body language and microexpression. Those are the thing you can major in when you are studying Psychology in University.

政府邊個部門係呢D方面噶？

I don't think There are official governent department who solely hire them as a microexpression expert, anywhere in the world (Lie to Me is not real......It's a TV program)

But many Government department does hire Psychologist....
