Quinn's Hit on Lewis: Legal or Illegal?

Since he got a penalty for it, it music have been illegal

however, it is really ridiculous for Lewis to be crying about a "hit"

how many illegal hits hats HE been penalized for, over his career?
and most of his were probably on Purpose

I really doubt that Quinn was "going after" anyone, like Ray does

I suppose next, Ray is going to complain about players going out, getting in fights, and stabbing people?

Quinn being in the NFL is illegal. Simply put

It is illegal and it is dangerous, but the ravens are a dirty team themselves and Ray Lewis killed 2 people.

Clearly illegal. No one can block below the waist after a change of possession. No only was it below the waist, but it was from the side at the knees so it was also dangerous.

As for Ray Lewis, he's just standing up for his teammate. I'm not putting too much stock in what he says.

He is the biggest loser wearing pads in the game. I notice he didn't cry too much when Flacco's "Brady Rule" worked in their favor though. He talks so much it takes away most of his credibility anyway. I'd love to put him and Joey Porter in a jar and leave them out in the ocean somewhere and forget we ever knew them.

Legal, but pretty pathetic. I used to think Lewis was a good sport, but now he just comes across as an upset guy that can't make plays like he used to.

Totally legal, Lewis lays down the law enough that he shouldn't cry about stuff like this.
