ATI radeon hd 4200 (256mb dedicated (up to 1663MB) MB)
will be enough for those game
my other option is
Intel Core 2 Duo T6600
4GB RAM and 320GB Hard Drive
ATI Radeon HD4570 (512mb - DDR3)
but because this one is more expensive so i need to think carefully!
