租屋一問*!!唔該有出去租屋既朋友幫幫我>

1. 其實可以一樣，睇你同邊個住。個單位一人定二人，睇你張床ja ma。如果同女朋友住，一齊訓，係唔使額外空間ga wor。

2. 一個人住，有兩個方向︰
單位︰有自己出入口，有廚有廁。最平ge 村屋單位都要二千，唐樓就三千左右。
套房︰即係冇自己獨立出入口，要經過人地間屋入去ge。宜家有好多叫做獨立套房，有獨立出入口，但係貴d。最平ge，一千左右己經可以。

唔好諗網上link ，租得咁平俾你，佢唔會做宣傳。
要睇就要去地產舖睇，但係唔好去大間o個d，因為人地唔做咁平租ge 野，要去細細間好似好up dup o個d 地產，即係「土炮地產」，佢地會有好多選擇俾你

3. 得！你地d 土炮地產行一轉，如果套房，應該有無數選擇俾你

4. 市區一定貴、越遠就越平！
上水元朗都會平。村屋唐樓都係平ge 選擇！
我有個fd 住「軍地」，八百蚊一個月！

5. 唔計租啦，水電，好有限，我夏天一返到屋企就開冷氣，都唔過二百

1500蚊一定晤得, 最平都要2500蚊以上, 好多仲係套房添~自己出離住使費好大架, 要俾幾個月按金~

"1500 呢個range " very difficult in renting an independent unit la. Room with independent toilet may be ok in not very popular area.
for example, MK, room with toilet around 100 sqft asked $2000 to 2500. Shamshuipa cheaper, asked $1500-2000. all depends on with window or not/condition of building///// and almost all the these are Chinese buildings---almost all with no lift!
urban unit asks range from $4000 up to unknown, some new apartment leasing at more than $8,000 up
1-2人單位租(最好沙田..新界) asking from $4000-6000.
do not expect huge discount, normally, landlord will take not more than 10% off!

**normal 2 months rental bond + 1 month rent in advance. you could change the registration of water, gas, electricity. the Deposits around $2000. If you do not register under your name, then the landlord would ask for deposits around $2000up
