跑1500m賽前預備(緊急)

我下星期一(16/11)是運動會要跑100m(被逼)和1500m應該要點預備?

16/11

6am:wake up
9am:100m
11am:1500m
請問該天早餐應該食咩?
7am-9am和9am-11am 的等待時間應不應該吃D野?食咩?

和有咩注意事行?

Do I need to bring some special drinks like 'bonaqua'? Also, how should I run 1500m, any tactic?

And also, about the starting point, I know it;a a cureve line, so how should I start and run to where then can go to inner lines?

朝早食個包就夠啦,唔好太飽~朝早唔好飲凍野。可以沖杯熱飲暖下個肚最好..

你跑完100米之後應該都唔會好累..可以飲下水,食粒朱古力咁..

仲有跑步最緊要拉足筋同平時多訓練..不過係比賽前一日最好比自己身體休息下~
