第一句有錯wor

the misconception of sign language is international appears to be widespread

一個字句有兩個動詞
is and appears
you should add that or which before is or add to appears.

the second sentence is ok in grammar

the misconception of sign language is international 是subject. 不要被is 影嚮你.

SUBJECT appears to be widespread 就冇問题啦

同樣,

SUBJECT arises from observing deaf people to communicate with each other.
