it depends on the position. players on the wing or strikers need speed over endurance to beat the defender. defensive midfielders need enduarance as they often clock up to 10km a game .
All are useful skills when playing soccer. It depends what position you play. Forwards want speed, endurance and decent ball control. It is nice to have leg strength, as this will allow you to make longer shots. You forgot accuracy which is necessary for a good forward. A mid-field player is best to have all the skills possible as they will be the most necessary and can decide the game. If your mid player is able to constantly run at a good speed and assist forwards and defenders, you should have no problem winning. Defenders need to have good ball control as well as strong legs as a defenders main goal is to keep the ball as far from the net as possible. The main thing you missed was hand-eye coordination. Though you may not use your hands as a field player; goalies must have excellent hand eye coordination. As a good goalie can also turn the tide of a game. It is best to train all of these skills, one mentioned by you and by me.
Not really speed, because you normally don't have to sprint down the "pitch". Endurance is much more important, it takes a LOT of running, and you can't run out of steam 20 minutes in.
