After a long period of time, we are not able to contact the following customer. We have sent double-registered letter to notify the customer that the deposit will be forfeited if fail to respond. The letter was bounced back which indicates there is no such customer. Therefore, we request permission to write off the deposit of the following semi-finished material.

We haven’t been able to get in contact with the client because we haven’t been in touch for ages. We had notified the client by registered mail.
