How do you solve for the slope?

I really don't understand. Please help me. Thanks
y=3x+1 and y=2x+3
both lines intersect at point (2,7)

The standard form of the equation is y = a + bx
a represents y intercept and b represents slope of the curve
Therefore slope of the first equation is 3 and the second equation is 2

in y=mx+b, "m" is the slope.
So the slopes are 3 and 2 in your problems
