一個月減6-8磅...可以嗎?

現在16歲,體重50kg,但但高度只有153-155cm左右
有嘗試每天運動2-3小時,維持了半年
但一直也減不去身上多餘脂肪和重量。
冬天快來了,想減去身上多餘脂肪和重量
不只為了穿衣好看點,也想身體健康點‧‧‧
希望大家能幫忙,請教如何在一個月健康地減6-8磅!

16歲先50kg,我覺得已經好標準喇。
太瘦唔好睇架,有返d肉先好睇!
以我所知,一個月無可能可以咁快就減到六至八磅。
仲要用健康既方法喎!
我以前聽專業既醫生講……
一個月減兩至三磅左右先正常。

細細個開始就好肥....都係食得多又唔運動
當中都有試過減肥,跑樓梯,跑左兩星期,太辛苦啦~
食麥包做早午餐,食左半年, 但又無咩效果
可惜既係自己無咩恆心,之後就無埋佢
肥呀肥呀就重到183磅

之後上網識到個好好人的體重控制顧問
佢幫我用了一個又健康又有營養的減重計劃
1 個星期 減左4 磅,5個月 減左共減左35 磅,條腰瘦左7 吋,全身共瘦左28 吋

Yes, you can do that without paying for those adv.

I did that before. I just kept running everyday for an hour without looking back. Then I watched what I ate. Drink a lot of water. I lost 10 lbs in five days. Then I lost a total 15 lbs in two weeks. But I kept running even I did not lost any to keep the shape.

The first few days is losing water in your body, Later, it builds up muscle and you lose inches.

I met many people in US and they all use this method to lose weigh. But you need to have self discipline to run everyday.

You need to start for at least 3-4 days in a roll, Then stop for 1 day if you are tired. Then continue again. Normally after 10 days, you start to love running.

BTW, I do not have money to pay those 減肥中心. Yes, only GOOD trainers can help but they are too expensive.
