How about above sentence is right? I just written other movie of dialogue..

原句 What if what I wished for actually happeded?應改為 What if what I wished for actually happens?
看上去比較累贅，因為連續使用了兩個what.
我會將句子改為What if my wishes really come true?
或者Even if my wishes really come true...
兩句意思有些不同，因為我不肯定你原句的意思，語氣等。
