There are democrats adamant not to vote for a bill that does or does not have a public option.

Unless the dems can get more votes, they wouldn't have 50 votes to pass let alone the 60 to invoke cloture.

How likely is it to pass, I give it 5% chance.

If the senate does not approve, it is dead or back to the drawing board.

The Senate is clearly tougher because instead of 50%, which they narrowly got, they need 60% (to stop a filibuster, only 50 to actually pass but they're is a 100% guarantee Republicans will filibuster).

How likely is it to pass? Not very. 60 votes is a lot, and Dems don't have them right now. That being said, it only takes a couple swings to tip the balance either way. Overall, I'd say about 20% chance of passage.

If the Senate does not approve it's done.

It is unlikely that the Senate will pass this legislation in its current form,

very likely ! It will only pass by a slim margin but it will pass, and you won't have a say in that bill at all.

Yes, it's a done deal now. Before you had to get 218 people to agree. Now they will only need 51 votes, if I remember right. The hard part is over.

Obama will PASS health care. Today was huge!

Something will pass the senate, but big question is what will it look like. The public option will be very tough to pass, but not impossible. Some versions of health care reform have already gone through committees don't know how far along that aspects is at currant time. It would have committees vote, floor votes such as one on rules, one to end debate. They will most likely unless amendment is extremely distasteful have debate and vote on each amendment with floor votes.Depending on rules passed another vote to end debate might happen on each amendment and a vote to table In all likelihood House and Senate bills will not agree so there will be votes in compromise committee than final vote, and last vote to table. If it looks like they can shove poisoned bill that is Health Care Reform and Affordability Act in name only down your throat there will be just one unanimous consent vote. Strange how that works.

it will never come to a vote. Republicans are catching up on sleep for a filibuster this week.

Well the toughest part was the house but the senate has a filibuster from Republicans so for a 'filibuster proof majority' there needs to be 60 votes. If there were no filibuster it would take 51 votes. I'd say there is a 60% chance of it passing the senate. If the senate does not approve the bill will have to get reintroduced to congress.
