The answer is option C
Reason: the potential differences between the 2 resistors are the same because they are in parallel connection.

Let V be the e.m.f. of the cell with negligible internal resistance.
Then, potential at P = V
Potential at Q = 0
Hence, potential difference across P and Q = V
Therefore, E 1 = E2
