That was photo shopped, You can tell because the word "bad" is blurry. (: You can to that with photoflexer too. With photoflexer you don't have to download it, or pay money (:♥

That picture is Photoshopped. Try Googling what it says and you will find out.

I'm assuming your talking about a screenshot? Simply press the "Prt Sc/Print Screen" button on your keyboard, open Paint (Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint), paste the image, then save it as a JPEG.
