Why is it important to calculate a carbon footprint?
A)Carbon footprint is an indicator of the impact on global warming contributing from burning of fossil fuel (from fuel to carbon dioxide) directly or indirctly on a personal or corporate prespective.

What is climate change? What are some of the consequences of climate change?
A)Due to human civilzation/industrialization/urbanization/deforestation produces more green house gas than the nature can recycle them, thus the global atmospheric condition changes with the trend of historical temperature rise and ocean current temperature and flow changes. The consequence include speeding up melting of polar ice - rise in sea level at the end, changes in local weather with draught and rain/storm of expected porportion - affect agriculture production and human livelihood, etc.

What are some ways we can reduce carbon emissions?
A)Reduce energy consumption such as reduce or conserve electricity use and use lower power energy efficient products without excessive installations, reduce burning unclean and low-efficient fuel, use alternative renewable energy source to substitute or replace fossil fuel energy production and power plants, reduce air travel and fossile fuel vehicle trips. Some more advance activities includes planting trees, only buy local growth products so eliminate transporation emissions, but I think these are just make yourself feel better; unless the whole city/town/community can be supported by all agriculture and consumer products on the outskirt.

What is your carbon footprint?
A) 7.74 tonne annual. My house only 1.79, transporation only 0.94, majority due to my two times each year air travel of less than 3 hours each trip. There is a 2.7 for everyone shared for HK&amp's commercial and economical development contributions.
