係公司做得好唔開心~
因為老闆一直俾好多難題我~仲要成日要我同d客傾~做醜人~
乜都要我做~好似個大打雜咁~人工又少~仲要成日借題發揮鬧我~
我唔出聲就想踩我底線~
我上次佢冇啦啦鬧我~我頂唔順bee左佢一眼~佢先好返少少~
唔只公司我一個想走~已經有幾個同事頂唔順走左~
我而家都想走~但我唔想做到咁衰~
想走得好睇d~仲想要返封離職証明~
原因個到我就唔想寫~最後一日想係11月31日~

如果決定離職的話,除了口頭上向上司請辭外,呈上一封辭職信是不應缺少的步驟。

辭職信內容
離職日期、辭去的工作職位。
簡述辭職原因。(可提可不提)
向公司、上司及同事表示謝意。 要求撰寫離職證明書(reference letter)。

用詞友善
無論是你決定不幹,還是被要求自動辭職,撰寫辭職信時,措詞切記要適當、友善,千萬不要把辭職信當作發洩的工具,用詞惡劣或猛數公司、老闆的不是。原因有三︰

- 你的未來老闆隨時會要求你的前任老闆提供關於你在職時的資料,作為聘用與否的參考。因此,別自毀長城,讓一封辭職信破壞你的大好前途。

- 正所謂「今日留一線,他朝好相見」,如果你轉職後還是留在同一行業內,日後在工作上或會有碰面的機會,到時便好不尷尬。

- 另外,誰又能保證自己與舊公司/上司他朝不會山水有相逢,再有合作的機會呢?所以千萬別讓他們留下不良的印象。
