Usually we would write

dp/dt = kp

where k is what I assume is the relative growth rate. But the units don't match up: you have member/day on the left side, and 1/day ("per day") on the right side.

Since I think this question is about exponential growth, I will proceed with the equation stated above; its solution is

p(t) = p(0) e^(kt)

Here p(0) = 4 and k = 0.7233, so

p(8) = 4 e^(0.7332*8) = 1411 rounded to the nearest integer.
