Filter the mixture. The residue obtained is calcium carbonate.

The filtrate is aqueous sodium chloride solution. Distil the filtrate. The distillate obtained is water, while the residue is sodium chloride.

First, filter the mixture as to get the insoluble calcium carbonate.
What's left will be a sodium chloride solution.
Have distillation of the sodium chloride solution which water in the solution will be evaporate then condense again in the other tube.
Then what's left in the tube will be the sodium chloride powder
