Your question is incomplete. The time for solidification is not given. This should be found from the experiment.

Let this time for the substance to solidify be t (in sec.)
then, energy released by the substance to the surroundings
= 20t J

thus, 0.05L = 20t where L is the latent heat of fusion
i.e. L = 20t/0.05 J/kg
