You can still pee just fine. Nothing else happens. Congrats, your a man now. :) lol

Your penis is a multi function tool. Passing urine and passing semen are two separate functions. You'll pass urine just fine. There may be a little semen left in the pipes, but the urine will just push it out.

It was probably pre-ejaculate that you made. This is similar to semen, but has a smaller sperm count, and appears clear. As you mature, your sperm will increase and your *** will become whiter.

Hey, 13 aint a bad age to start producing. But make sure after you do to clean up, i use a tissue, because if you dont it will harden and make a mess and make you actually pee a little funny cause you have to push the hard stuff out. so make sure to clean up, but you can still pee. congrats
