The inventor of Macau Portuguese tarts. They opened the business in 1989. They improved the method of making Macau Portuguese tart. Instead of using animal fat, they used much more amount of yolk and cream than the tranditional method. Also, they added butter into the mixture, so the Macau Portuguese tarts outside is more crispy, on the other hand, the inside of the tart is creamy, soft and sweet.
