"quels sont les projets que tu as déjà réalisés ("vous avez"?" for formal situation)" ... "J'ai commencé...."

Having the whole context would make it easier.

First it has to make sense in English. Accomplishments are projects or actions that you have already completed successfully, not those you have just begun.

Edit: In that case, I would avoid saying "J'ai commencé" and say something like "J'ai creé" or "J'ai fondé une société prospère" or something like that.
