What is the best way for a busy teenager to loose 10 lbs?

im a teen that loves to dance and horseback ride and work out [once i get started] i eat all the time though even when im not hungry and just plain bored im going to try to start working out with sum workouts from 17 magazine what else can i do to loose at least 10 pounds i would b so much happier loosing more does anyone hav any good low calorie meal or snack ideas anything would help

i hav tried an acai berry drink thing where u drink a few tablespoons a couple times a day or sumthing like that and i didnt like the way it tasted. i dont wanna b a vegetarian cuz i luv meat and dont like much veggies

Seems like you're doing enough exercise already.
As for food, fruits taste better than veggies. Go for whole grain food too, like cereal and bread. Drink water, not juice.

fill up your cupboards and fridge with healthy foods so when you get the munchies you wont be eating bad foods ;)

No offense but if your already doing all that, than you shouldn't need to loose any weight.
