Regular or clear/invisalign retainer?

im getting my braces off on wednesday (YAAAAY) and i dont know which kind of retainer i should get. the regular kind or one of those clear invisalign ones???

Invisalign is not a retainer they are clear braces

When I had them, I needed to wear clear ones 24/7 for a month, then wore regular (metallic) ones 24/7 for another month, then just at night from then on.
Unless you need to wear them during the day for a very long time, I'd suggest you go with anything your orthodontist gives you.
