恆大的利好因素是擁有龐大土地儲備而地價成本亦較輕，覆蓋地區亦較廣
但本年PE甚高，招股書上預測明天會降至5倍
依目前國際配售已超額3倍及有本年大戶力撐
相信排牌首一二天股價會上升不至於會潛水
但長遠就要多看之後數據是否如實
見議有利潤就先獲利

There are so many real estate stock in the market la! Why you want to pick that stock?There are several point when I invest in IPO. (1) What are the uniquess of the IPO stock? (2) supply/demand of the stock in the market. (3)NAV is one of the factoe as well
