how to get more playing time?

aite in the beggining of the season i was soft. now i am knocking everybody out but still i m not getting playing time!!!!!!!!! my coach is being a ******. yesterday he told me "good **** at corner today". and today i didnt get ny playin time. only one quarter dats alll!!!!
