I recently received a summon from city of Vancouver for the unpaid parking ticket, and it says I have to show up before a justice in December. My question is: Do I have to answer the summon (which means showing up in the court I assume) even though I have already made the payment which was only $35?

If it is not withdrawn you must show up.
